Year findings
Korn Ferry reported Executive Search fee revenue of USD 924.104 million for the fiscal year ended 30 April 2026. Regional fee revenue was USD 583.394 million in North America, USD 215.134 million in EMEA, USD 97.527 million in Asia Pacific and USD 28.049 million in Latin America. The 10-K was filed on 26 June 2026.
The FY2026 filing uses the same Executive Search fee revenue definition and four regional segments as FY2025. The filing states that, effective 1 May 2026, for fiscal year 2027, the company realigned into three geographic reportable segments. No separate future Executive Search revenue figure is given. The standalone Executive Search series may end with FY2026.
Our reviewed material contains no Heidrick & Struggles annual figure for calendar 2026 and no full-year 2025 publication. The firm has been private since December 2025, and no new Form 10-K appears in the reviewed material. The last public Executive Search figures in the reviewed material cover the nine months ended 30 September 2025.
Our reviewed material contains no Egon Zehnder FY2025 revenue publication. The firm has not published an FY2025 results release in the material checked.
